The windmill of the open-air museum in Bad Zwischenahn in Germany is an eight-sided tower mill from Holland. The mill dates from the year 1811 and was originally built in the neighboring Westerstede.
After having changing owners for several times, its last location was in Hüllstede near Westerstede. There it was in danger of collapse after its closure in 1958 and was moved to the open-air museum in Bad Zwischenahn in 1960.
